Yes. Plans are defined in pricing_plans.ts and wired to
Stripe price IDs you create in your Stripe dashboard. Update the IDs
there and the billing portal picks them up automatically.

Stripe is the default. The billing logic is isolated to the /account/billing routes and the pricing_plans.ts config, so swapping providers means replacing those surfaces only.
