The Method, the Program, the Practice
What is the Marduk Method? — A comprehensive methodology for turning your business into a system: a coach-led audit (the MBA), a task taxonomy of Projects, Chores and Responsibilities, negotiated opt-in agreements, SOP-first documentation, and management by exception. System first, task second.
What is the MBA? — The Marduk Business Assessment: the first phase of every engagement. Your coach works with your executive team to negotiate and uncover every role, department, project, chore and responsibility in the business, producing the structured database your business operating system is built on.
Is this coaching or software? — Both, inseparably. The Method is the doctrine, the coach is the guide, and the software is the net that collects the chaos. We don't give you a login and a video and wish you luck.
What is a dedicated Process Improvement Specialist? — A Marduk coach who specializes in developing and improving the processes in your business. They help you learn the Method, build out your operating system, monitor your team's progress, and reach out to team members who are falling behind. Think of it as management as a service.
What is onsite implementation? — One of our process improvement specialists comes to your office and works one-on-one with your executive team to implement the Method. Ideal for businesses looking to expedite onboarding, or teams who would rather brainstorm and build in person than over teleconference.
How much time does it take? — About ten hours in the first six weeks, plus a few short check-ins until you've mastered the method. When you complete the program you obtain a massive time dividend from that effort — sometimes the race car has to pull into the pit.
Can my family use it too? — Yes. Every Marduk user gets one personal team for their household. The Method manages businesses, projects or households — chaos is chaos.
Who is it NOT for? — The lazy and the casual. The Method is for serious professionals dedicated to doing their best work and building a world-class business system, which is why every engagement is gated behind an application and an evaluation.
Do you guarantee results? — We stand behind the program for every team that participates in good faith: attend all sessions, complete the assignments, complete every task for the first five days, and have two-thirds of the team achieve a 30-day streak. Those conditions are the Method itself — a team that meets them already has a working system.
What does an evaluation cost? — The evaluation is a conversation, not a commitment. Program investment is discussed there, scoped to your business.
