Your coach trains your team on the Method. Everyone is up and running daily, and the system starts collecting the truth about how the business actually works.
3 · Build — 90 days
One-on-one, 90-minute sessions with your coach to build out SOPs, completion criteria and incentive structures — dedicated time to work ON your business instead of in it.
4 · Profit — ongoing
The operating system is built. Gains in effectiveness, transparency and accountability compound, and you manage by exception — the foundation for scale and growth.

Online, 90-minute, one-on-one coaching sessions where you have the time and opportunity to work ON your business as opposed to in it. Many graduates report that being 'forced' to carve out time to plan and strategize — rather than run around putting out fires — is itself one of the program's key benefits.

Too busy? A Marduk process improvement specialist comes to your location, interviews your team, and delivers a system fully set up and configured to maximize effectiveness, transparency and accountability. Ideal when speed matters, or when your team does its best thinking in the same room.
